Garden & Beach - Torremolinos

Very well located, clean and beauty view.

They requested to pay via link outside of booking.com platform which is not normal, however booking emailed saying it’s ok, but feels dodgy. They never flagged that the location of the apartment is far from the one where you collect the keys, which is disappointing specially when walking with luggage. Communication with the host in general was not great, they nearly feel rude when texting, instructions about usage of apartment were not clear, but in general host lack personalised service that you expect from any host, no basic amenities like toilet paper provided for the whole stay. And when asking for something sarcastic answers were given. Not good customer service at all. We’ve booked loads of apartments/ air b&b etc and toilet paper, coffee, water, welcome hamper, washing tablets or something is always given, which is not expected but always a nice touch. The door in the main room did not closed at all! And none of the rooms can be locked.

Nice and spacious we did not get a fob for the back gate to beach could have done with a call from someone to explain issues and could not get English on TG

No body called explained things or that collection of key was a good bit away from apartment when you have luggage no access to back gate would like to have a welcome call and a book on site explaining things in apartment

De lokatie was goed: vlakbij zee, restaurants, winkels. Alles heel ruim en schoon.

Wij misten keukenlinnen ( helemasl geen thee- of handdoeken)en wat basisproducten zoals peper, zout, suiker, olie, azijn. Lastig om er bij aankomst meteen op uit te moeten trekken. Konden ook geen thee of koffie zetten, omdat er geen theezakjes en koffiecups waren. Al liggen er maar twee van elk. Ook geen wasmiddel. Parkeergarage erg onhandig met een wat grotere auto. Die hebben we om die reden niet gebruikt.

Größe des Apartments , schöner Balkon mit Meeresblick. Zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Sehr guter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr veraltet. Keine Spültücher und Tücher zum abtrocknen. Muss man alles selber organisieren.

Apartament duży i wygodny z pięknym ogrodem. Blisko do plaży, restauracji i sklepów.
