Apartamento Blancomar

Location was excellent shops round the corner lots of pubs restaurant . Beach over the road .

The apartment is nicely decorated as per the images. The location is in a quieter part of the town and close to the beach.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here. On arrival we discovered that the balcony doors didn't lock shut, meaning the apartment was insecure. We communicated this to the owner and agreed to wait a couple of hours for a handyman (at our inconvenience), but when he was unable to fix it there and then, we had to make alternative arrangements for somewhere to stay as it was getting late. Despite this the owner has refused to give us a refund, and equally booking.com have been unhelpful in resolving the issue. Note that, as the apartment is privately owned, and doesn't have 24 hour reception services (as the advert states) the owner has to deal with any issues remotely. Also to note that whilst the apartment itself is as per the images, the block it is located in is somewhat dilapidated and in need of renovation.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The location is ideal. It is a nice area, very close to the beach, plenty shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment is overlooking the pool. The host was very helpful and obliging both prior to arrival and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward. We look forward to returning.

We did request extra pillows which we received from the host, no problem.
