Location is excellent. If you are a solo travel with not much need, this place is good for you. Tiny studio but serve its purpose. Bed, coffee machine, shower all in good condition, good internet (plug/cable extension would be useful in order to be able to plugin the microwave, maybe it’s available but I wasn’t aware where to find it). The host John was very helpful(Thank you).

Can’t really think of anything other than the lift and pitch dark hallway at nighttime (not their fault it’s the building)

It was very noisy, lots of drunken people throughout the night, the neighbours was also loud and constantly arguing, this went on until 5am despite it stating it was located on a quiet street on booking.com, it was not the cleanest, the bed was horrendous, there are pigeons everywhere constantly cooing. Light shinning directly through window that doesn’t turn off. The list was endless, the staff wasn’t helpful in supporting us or moving us when we highlighted all the issues with the flat. The shower head was filthy and the water was not hot, a big risk of legionella.

Good location very lovely room

The location is excellent, in the centre, and just a 7-minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk the stairs ;-)). The kitchen is small but has all you need. Nice warm water for a shower

The toilet doesn't flush well, but the owner can fix that :-) The studio is tiny (for me, it is crucial to have space for a yoga mat to do exercises; this was challenging) and has no balcony.
