le propriétaire est très réactif et à l'écoute car nous avions un départ à 12h00 et il nous a laissé le logement jusqu'à 17h00, notre avion était le soir . logement très bien situé et commerce à proximité

La résidence subit des travaux importants et malheureusement du bruit à partir de 8h30 juste en dessous de la chambre dommage . Il manque un parasol sinon RAS

The property is spacious has everything you need . The balconys have sun in the afternoon and evening. Manuel was helpful and the position was near to everything.

Unfortunately when we stayed there was very loud building works underneath that went on for weeks. Not anyones fault but started at 8am every day ( not Sundays). Would love to return again 😊

Was very noisy with workers other flat start early with noise

Plusieurs fois dans cet appartement, simple et propre. Lidl en bas de la propriété.

Dans la salle de bain, impossible d'accrocher le pommeau de douche et rien pour poser les serviettes et habits. Attention, pour les personnes en difficulté, grande montée pour atteindre l'immeuble.

Beliggenheten, kort vei til Lidl . Kort vei til stranden.

Vi var veldig uheldige med været i januar .Regn,kulde og stormer men det er sånn en ikke forventer😥

Todo en general, el lugar, el parking, aceptan mascotas. La atención de Manuel.

Nada que decir

The property consists of a huge building full of apartments. There are many permanent residents over there. The building was spotless cleaned, those 4 elevators were just perfect and all around were exotic trees making this property a perfect stay. At the entrance into this property is a Lidl, the beach is about 1 km away, but this is the worst part of Carihuela Beach as is full of rocks and mostly dirty. To reach the best beach you have to walk along seaside another 1 km, where the real Carihuela Beach is. Benalmadena port is also very close. The water was cold in july. The best part of this property is that amazing swimming pool, with toilets and sunbeds all around. Everything is surrounded by exotic trees making this place a little paradise. The access to swimming pool is only permited to residents who have a chip attached to their keys. There is a huge private parking at the location. Air conditioning was perfect in both rooms and we took advantage of those two balconies in the evening or early in the morning.

The apartment was a bit outdated in terms of furniture and appliances. No coffee machine or toaster over there and not even a kettle. The small fridge was the worst as barelly kept our food and drinks little cold. No way for cold drinks in that fridge. To have one you have to use the small freezer.
