"Spacious airy apartment stay close to the beach"

Really nice apartment. Views of the sea. Nice and quiet. Roomy and spacious. Balcony gets the sun in the morning. Good firm mattress. Modern bathroom. Comp water and beer was a nice touch. Nice to be able to use the hotel facilities pool etc. The café and bar connected to the apartment hotel complex is really nice and friendly.

The shower leaks but a towel on the floor sorts it out. 8th floor for those that don't like heights maybe.

The closeness to the promanade, supermarkets and the facilities available in the apartment were first class, and a big plus was a pool and sunbeds galore, no getting up at 4 am to reserve!

"3rd times a charm!"

3rd time at this apartment. Fabulous location in the heart of La Carihuela. Communication with host Sandra was great. So friendly and helpful. Very quickly responding to WhatsApp. Great views. Really comfy. HUGE bed!

"Wonderful week at this apartment."

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. The location is excellent, and despite the busy area, we had no trouble finding parking for our car. The apartment was very clean, and everything we needed was readily available. The washing machine was new and worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Communication with the owner was fantastic—she was always helpful and provided great recommendations about the area. I highly recommend this place!

For us everything was ok.

Great value for money, feels spacious, kind staff. View is nice and close to bus, rentals, carrefour store and beach

It’s near the Dutch zone which was a bit of a shock (we are Dutch but weren’t looking for our own language near). Plus side if you do like this.
