The TV with streaming services

The fact that I had to call every time I wanted to exit or enter the premises. The fact that I can't come in later than 10pm. I booked a place to stay close to where our boat cruise was supposed to be. Not to drive back home under the influence of alcohol. Luckily our cruise was canceled and we had to stay indoors for the remainder of the time, because my girlfriend got sick. Also, there was no sleeper couch. The Jacuzzi is the main reason I booked the Deluxe Suite, just to find out the water was ice cold. I could have booked a normal room. This was genuinely disappointing. I will never come back.

That the hot tub in the room wasn’t working

Place was quite.

Air Conditioning could be improved and the bathroom pushed in cold air when ligths where switched on.

The host was friend, made the whole experience very plesent.

Lights were off the first night.

The place was good and we had fun together as a group of friends and the staff was so welcoming and taking care and communicating very well with us....

The electricity issue on our first night it was a bad experience

The fact that Charmaine was so friendly and helpful, she end up giving us a night for free
