The terrace at the top of the building with Jacuzzi, sun lounger and barbecue should be shared. The whole building has access to the Solarium terrace. There is only one type of housing called "Apartment with view to the Ja'dín" that has a private Jacuzzi in its respective patio.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Suited my purpose"

It suited my purpose as a base for travelling for a few days. It was nice to have an apartment with cooking facilities and a small outdoor space Some great restaurants behind the petrol stations towards the beach.

If the building had a noticeable sign it would be good. No locking back door. I was on the first floor so there was no problem but I do like to ck the door, even if it had a bolt.across Keys and directions were eventually done through WhatsApp which is fine but it was a bit strange. Never seen any staff. Not a great deal going on in the area but again it was January.

"it worked for us"

We only needed a place for a short stay as we were busy everyday with new home purchase. The unit was clean and cheap but very tired and we really only slept there for 2 nights.

Double bed was small and not great for sleeping
