Urbanity - The Cretan Urban Experience

"Just like home away from home"...our experience at Urbanity couldn't have been better... Mihalis is an excellent host. At our arrival he greeted us with a freshly baked Greek cake personally baked by his mother. If you're looking for a luxurious place to stay in Heraklion with all comforts and facilities, Urbanity is the right place to go. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Very spacious house, with amazing decorations and very modern approach. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and tended to our every need instantly!!

Everything was amazing and to our liking!!

Our host Mihalis, went above and beyond to make our stay in Heraklion to be very comfortable and memorable. We were greeted with home made cake by Mihalis' mother and a personal welcome to the apartment. We also very provided great restaurant recommendations and an offer to make reservations! The apartment is well stocked, spacious and updated. The old town is a short drive away. Every convenience is close by (highly recommend Crumb Healthy living bakery for delicious and healthy options including a lot of Vegan ones). Overall we were very pleased with choosing this as our home base in Heraklion - we look forward to being back!

Excellent location and ideal for families. The host is very kind and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped as well.

Staying at Urbanity felt like staying with family - from the welcome, to the recommendations for beaches and restaurants, to the homemade cake and cut fruit, thank you for having us! Super comfortable accommodation for our family of 6, we also loved the large balcony and access to a washing machine. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Heraklion.

The apartment was very clean, specious, and functional. Especially, a laundry was really useful because it was hot and humid in Crete during our stay. The location was a bit far from the downtown, but was convenient to go to two big supermarkets, which cannot be found in the downtown. The most remarkable thing was that the owner was very friendly and kind. His advices were really helpful for our tourism; the restaurant he booked for us was amazing! Definitely this apartment is a recommended accommodation in Heraklion!

When our flight landed late and nothing was open, he even arranged food for us—just the kind of caring gesture that sets him apart. On top of that, he suggested amazing places to visit, local dishes to try, and hidden beaches to explore. His recommendations brought our trip to life. His family welcomed us with open arms, too — his mom baked us a warm, homemade pie just to greet us. We truly felt like guests in someone’s home, not just visitors. The aparrment is new, very specious and modern, very clean and it has all the facilities one will have have în it's own home, incuding a washing machine. The host was extremely friendly and provided suggestions for places to visit, restaurants to go to and estimative costs. We would recommend this apartment to anybody who would be interested to stay in Heraklion.

New, clean, modern, spacious, with almost every facility. Owner and family exceptionally welcoming. Hard to fault, just book it!

This is being picky as it didn't really affect our stay or enjoyment at all: dishwasher would be great, 2nd bathroom shower box should fully enclose, saves water going everywhere when showering. One bedroom should have 2 single beds instead of all bedrooms with double beds.
