Liked the location and the included parking. View was great. Apartment was very clean. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Door lock needs some maintenance - not a deal breaker. Shower door was broken and needed maintenance.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Perfect location within short walk to city center, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable, ideal for 2 people. The host was very friendly and had detailed instructions and guides on how to get to the apartment.

The Parking. We booked the apartment because it was one among a few who offer parking in the area. Unfortunately, the parking spot was extremely difficult to navigate, especially for a big car. It was tight and made it nearly impossible to get in and out without causing damage to the car. If you plan to use the parking, make sure you have/rent a small car. This was the only disappointing part of our stay, but otherwise, everything else was great.

The apartment is excellent, perfectly located in the center of Heraklion, close to the port. It’s spacious, bright, fully equipped, very comfortable and pleasant. It has a balcony with a sea view. And it also has its own parking in the same building! The host, Nikos, gave us clear instructions on how to access to the apartment and parking, and he stayed in touch throughout our stay in case we needed anything.

The only issue was the bathroom sink, that was quite clogged. We reported it on the first day, but since it was around New Year's we understood that it was hard to find someone to fix it. After New Year's, the host offered to look for a plumber, but we had plans and didn't want to waste time waiting at home. So we told him to leave it like that, but it was quite annoying.

Very good location either to the sea or to the center.just a few steps walk to the restaurants/ shops or to the port.you can reach a lot of places with public transport. The Apt is clean there is everything you need.very nice furnished!
