Unit was spacious, clean , modern

Lack of warm blankets as it was very cold No DStv Lack of bigger pots for cooking especially as it's a 6 sleeper. Us Durbanites love cooking a mutton curry so please upgrade the pots. It's not expensive. No wifi , uncapped fibre is not more than r600 a month . Offer your guests this as we stayed in places that are cheaper that offered free wif. You have to buy tokens for the aircon, this is the first for me, I've stayed at many holiday homes and never had to buy tokens for aircon

I like everything about the property

I didn’t like it on arrival I had to figure out everything there was no any stuff to show where the units are and stuff.

The apartment was beautiful. Great location. The pool was beautiful.

The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable

# I did not see any staff, even the offices were closed during the weekend. # elevators didn't work half the time due to load shedding. Many flights of stairs to climb. # staircases were really filthy # The water quality was very poor as the tub filled up with brownish water where my 3 year old got sick afterward. # We were not informed of the renovation. The main reason we chose this resort was the activities and beautiful pics. The family and game room was out of order. # The playground was unsafe as a large nail was jutting out with a board missing. This could easily pierce a child's foot while playing. Quite dissappointing
