Neo Condo A302 and A303

Great place to stay had everything you needed for a holiday stay 2 mins walk to the jomiten complex and 5 mins walk to beach the staff very welcoming

Just deco was a bit dated and the sofa in the lounge was very worn-out needs replacing

This is not the first time we have stayed at Neo condo. We are absolutely satisfied with the location, the apartments are comfortable. Specifically, Thomas has everything he needs for life in his apartment. The interior is beautiful. The staff has no objections and quickly resolves all issues. Our gratitude to Boy (if I understood his name correctly).

not much. perhaps the slippery tiles around the pool, but the rest was fabulous.

Close to the beach, good location. Many restaurants and 7-11 nearby

Having to pay extra cleaning fee on top of the price

The kitchenette is superb♥️ The unit is best for family.

The bedsheets are stinky and stained but requested for a new set ( invest in fab conditioner please Kha🙏). Paid 600 baht for cleaning but in 5 days , no one cleaned the room. Good that there are cleaning materials available in the unit.

Towels not changed every day but gave more had to ask
