Pool View in Laguna Beach Resort 2

The location was good and pool was nice.

The bed was not very comfortable and communication/instructions from owner were not very good.

Be careful with Booking.com Pattaya was a great place to relax for 2–3 days. We carefully checked the possibilities on the net and found that Booking.com offered a relatively nice location at a good price. Likewise, we clicked on the reservation and the company deducted the fee for our stay as fast as one minute from my bank account. We rushed to the hotel, just to learn that we did not have booked a reservation and no one is responsible for it. No reception, nothing and no one can be asked. They showed us a phone number to call. Of course, the line was dead. We had to buy another room in the same hotel, but at much higher prices. They had free rooms, just ….. Next day, we tried to call the Booking agency and they sent me the once sent reservation confirmation. The hotel did not know either the first nor the second confirmation. The hotel said I was not the first guest with the same problem. I am sure this action will not increase the popularity of this hotel and Pattaya. As for me, I deleted Booking Office from my register. One can hear about a lot of scams nowadays.
