Lovely,clean and beautifully presented also the host left us a great welcome pack which included bread and milk.

Parking was an issue no clear signage

This was our second visit. The caravan is cosy, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The caravan park is lovely and quiet and very well maintained. The location of the park is perfect for visiting Knaresborough, Harroagte, York and many other places. There is a small retail park just across the road which is very convenient.

The accommodation was extremely good - very clean, and well equipped. Once I had made a call to the owner to sort out an issue with the heating on the first day, it remained warm and comfortable for our stay.

The reception was not open when I went to register upon arrival at 15:55. No big deal, as I registered on the following day, but the reception was closed before 16:00, its stated closing time. Shop not open when reception said it would be. Parking space next to accommodation was tight to get in to, especially when another vehicle is parked in opposite bay. I don't have a large car, so think this would be very tricky for larger cars. I found the safest way was to reverse into the space.

The peace and quiet and not far away from the attractions.
