Carriage Lodge - Stunning Apartment with parking

Shower worked well.

Described as stunning apartment!! Uncomfortable bed no support given way in the middle. Leak on the bathroom floor No lights in the bathroom had to use phone torch at night. Mould on walls No signs to find the place down the lane.

The Carriage Lodge was perfectly located for what we needed, check in was smooth, very clean accommodation overall. We received clear instructions on how to find the property and it was great that there was a parking space available.. Overall this accommodation is good value for money.

We didn't have a very comfortable sleep.

Location was great Very peaceful and relaxing 2 night stay The ladies at the tea shop were wonderful as were the staff at the restaurant in the Wateringbury pub!

Everything was great nice and cosy. Shower was also great I struggle with a lot of showers as I'm a built guy but was perfect.

The only thing I'd say is add the road closure took me three attempts to get there. But was great once we did.

A lovely property in a great location. Very close to the local village and town but the property itself is in a very peaceful road. The host gave very helpful instructions on how to find the property. Spotlessly clean and spacious enough for two people. Really liked that the bedroom was in a separate room to the living room/kitchen area. A nice space to sit outside on the patio. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/crockery/glassware you need. This place is fantastic value for money.

We stayed in an unusually very cold April. It was a bit chilly in the property when we arrived so would be nice if the host is able to pop the heating on for half hour before guests arrive. It heats up quickly though once the radiators are turned on.

The host were very helpful. We will definitely come back again. Local farm shop is lovely and the Wateringbury pub serves good food and drink
