Paradise Suite at KK Times Square, beside Imago

The location is good and the host was very responsive.

The wi-fi is too slow and the host should set the no noise after 12AM policy because during our stay other tenant partying until 4AM

good waterflow, convenient and clean

one of the bathroom drainage was blocked, ither than that is just perfect. the check in and checkout system was too strict and non negotiable.

-Spacious -Each room have their own toilet (privacy) -Aircon is nice and cold -Water heater works very well -Great facilities and amenities (e.g. washing machine, laundry detergent, TV) -House slippers provided -Wifi works -Within very close walking distance to Imago Shopping Mall and plenty of restaurants, convenience store, laundromat nearby -Easy to order Grab from this location -Easy self check-in procedure, staff is helpful with sending video instruction and passcode -Staff is accomodating with our late check-out

-One of the bidets burst on the first day -Netflix buffers and takes time to load, wifi can be slow at times -No hand soap -Pots and pans look old and scratched -There is a short flight of steps outside before the elevator, might be a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage or elderly -Yellow stain on one of the blankets -Whilst clean, the cleaning can be done a bit more thoroughly -Pillow is too hard and thick for my liking (but thay is just personal preference)
