Die Lage ist ideal Küche gut ausgestattet Matratzen sind sehr gut

Müsste dringend renoviert werden. Kühlschrank kaputt, Badezimmer riecht streng. Sofa kaputt.

Das Haus und die Anlage ist gepflegt.

In der Wohnung ist das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nur für Jugendliche oder junge Erwachsene geeignet. Es ist nur über eine extrem steile Treppe, fast eine Leiter zu erreichen. Außerdem muss man sich extrem bücken um dorthin zu gelangen. Da es nicht zu lüften ist (kleine Lüftungsklappe war defekt), wird es dort sehr warm. Das WLAN funktionierte nur minutenweise. Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation kümmerte sich niemand darum.

Appartement ansprechend alles ok

Leider fehlte ne Möglichkeit z.b abends im Freien sitzen zu können . Und ein Briefkasten am Haus um den Schlüssel am Abgabe Termin einwerfen zu können
