"booking.com should keep their accommodation quality"

Clean only

it's say got 2 double beds and 2 single beds. At the end only 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Even no extra mattress. And owner was told extra mattress gonna charge. What i looking for on booking.com were for 6 adults, and describe show up 2 double and 2 single, and pay for 6 adult. But the end only 4 adults. It's no worth. Owner was no honest first what he write on booking.com. Second he was promise gonna refund. Until today no get any cents. Booking com should take action about this case. It was our first bad experienced and worse night at sabah.
