GBI liked that this property is exactly as advertised. I WAS amazed I have never stayed anywhere as quiet or as peaceful This studio has a large garden area with lawn, outdoor furniture, mature trees, honeysuckle border for privacy, hawthorn/elder hedgerow, and wild plants galore The old barn provided perfect habitat for nature to thrive All of the above conditions brought in so much wildlife...I saw hares, a fox, pheasants, egrets, herons,swans, crested grebes, moorhen, coots, two skeins of pink footed geese, and heard tawney owls...Not to forget Bob's own dozen or so chickens peacefully clucking away ..Importantly missing out a Rooster...so no 'cockadoodledooing' at unearthly hours as there is at some other farm accommodations The decor is adequately simple, with provisions for everything needed..Without the need to move 10 or 11 cushions/throws/vases of flowers/baskets/folders etc before settling in Less is very much more...especially when it comes infection control, which with viruses becoming quite nasty, it was good to know that Bob could clean absolutely everything to a high standard in between each guest or guests

We did not mind, but reception mobile /internet not good!
GBGBLocation was brilliant as it was out in the countryside with the opportunity for lovely walks. Some might find it a little remote but I loved it and Woodhall Spa was a 10 minute drive away. Very comfortable and the host, Robert, was extremely helpful - thank you.

GBSelf catering, accommodation not quite as envisaged, basically a bed sit, but perfectly adequate for our needs. Very peaceful location. Robert, the host was very pleasant, easy to talk to and available if we needed him.
We couldn’t find any place mats for plates for the table but maybe we didn’t look hard enough.
