"Very comfortable room with a lot of space and many beds if needed."

Great that had a clothes washing machine! It was in a walking distance to the center, the train station and grocery store as well as restaurants just across the street.

Didn’t had an elevator but it had a chair elevator for people with reduce mobility.

"Very convinient and well managed accommodation"

Very central location, close to the city center. Nice and clean house, but nothing special. No breacfast inclided in our arrangement, but there is a nice cafe in the basement - no noice/disturbance but good coffee and croassain are available in early morning) Flat is not super modern, but big, well arranged, very clean, well equiped and very comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Fairly modern and clean bathroom. Nice view to the neigborhood. Very well managed, flexible arrangements with the owner. Owner is helped us to find a parking place near by - but it should not be a problem in any way...He is also providing useful informationa about the city itself.

Nothing to be mentioned here. Everything was as it expected - or even better....

"Everything about my stay in Ascoli was perfect."

It was bright and spacious in a perfect location. Also it was clean & equipped with all of the basic necessities. Dario was very attentive & accommodating. We needed to stay an extra night & he was able to help us with that right away.

I loved everything!

"Poor"

Location. Parking convenient

Dishwasher didn't work. Hobs didn't work (had a poor replacement provided). No chopping board. No oil or vinegar in the flat.

"The room was OK. The area is a bit rough as it is close to the train station."

The address was very difficult to find and we rode around the roads trying to work out where the place was. Eventually confirmed the location with the owner and then waited nearly an hour before she arrived with the keys to let us in.
