Dimitra Apartments Zakros Village

Very nice host who picked us up at the lokal Mini market. Appartement was very clean with fresh fruits on the table. Our host could help us with a medical problem but therefore we were not able to try the recommended Restaurant.

Very large apartment with new cuisine, bright veranda, washing machine available, parking outside available

the property was a good price

the owners were really rude and argumentative, we questioned an additional charge for extra beds not needed or requested, we were met by a hostile response in a very unprofessional manner, this made us feel very uncomfortable. we left very early in the morning because we felt unsafe as 2 families as I think they lived in the property. I have never experienced this in all of my travelling

We did not cook, but appreciated the size of the apartment and living spaces, with nice terrace and balcony, not warm at all in August, the washing machine with soap included, the cleanness, the complimentary fruits and the kindness of the owners, who live there

Although smoking is not permitted in the apartment, when we arrived there was a strong smell of cigarette smoking. No big deal, but we had to get rid of the smell by keeping all windows open and letting the bed pillows outside for one day. This is not the hosts' fault though, just smoking guests should pay more attention, since there are two big balconies, plenty of wind and it was warm enough to smoke outdoor
