A parkolás gyalázat. Szűk a hely. Beállítottak egy helyre, ott írtak egy üzit, hogy azonnal elszállítják a kocsimat, ha nem állok el.

Die Lage

Wohnung war an der Decke völlig verschimmelt. Auf unsere Reklamation bei dem Vermieter haben wir keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Außerdem war das Studio Apartment für 4 Personen angegeben hatte aber nur für 2 Personen Platz zum Essen. Außerdem hat der auf den Fotos angegeben Balkon gefehlt. Außerdem haben die freien Parkplätze gefehlt, die 5 Stück die es wohl gab, waren besetzt.

Közel helyezkedik el a strandhoz.

A kapcsolattartó megbízhatatlansága. Klímatizált szállásként volt meghírdetve (ezért fizettünk is), de az ott tartózkodás alatt nem üzemelt pedig jelezve is lett minden nap de a kapcsolattarto nem járt el kellőképpen az ügyben.

Modern, újszerű lakás, rutinos tulajdonos, tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés.

Örültünk volna, ha lehetőséget kapunk a mélygarázsban való parkolásra. Apró kellemetlenség volt, hogy nem franciaerkélyre számítottunk.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése, közel a parthoz és a sétáló utcához, ez nagyon tetszett.

A szállásnál feltüntetett felszerelések hiányoztak, nem volt hajszárító, légkondi, szúnyogháló - ami lássuk be a balatoni hatalmas pókok és szúnyogok ellen igencsak szükséges. Úgy egyébként is nagyon szegényes volt a felszerelsége az apartmannak, mert nekünk hiányzott a kés, villa, kanál, wc papír tartó, fürdőszobai szemetes. Amiért nem fogom választani többet ezt a szállást, a zuhanyzó lefolyó teljesen el volt tömödve, nagyon lassan folyt le a víz, a hálószoba mennyezet csupa penész volt.
