"Cold :("

The location and the property manager picked us up from the train station - that was indeed very kind

We informed the property manager several times that the apartment was very cold at night. Instead of addressing the issue, he came to the apartment and insisted that it was “super warm.” To clarify the situation, I bought a thermometer (photos attached of both the thermostat and the thermometer). The indoor temperature was consistently between 19–20°C. This might be acceptable for some guests, but for us (despite living in Austria for over a decade), it was far too cold. When temperatures are below zero outside, we do not expect to be cold indoors. We experienced joint pain and cold symptoms, which is why I am leaving this honest review to help others make an informed decision.
