Good location if you have a bike or a car, otherwise it’s a 15+ minute walk to shops and restaurants. The pool is great.

Unfortunately I booked (and paid for) this apartment for a month but only stayed less than 3 weeks. This property was atrocious. Nothing that was advertised for this property functioned. When I arrived the toilet and bathroom sink were blocked and water wasn’t going down the drain (this was fixed after waiting most of the next day, until a couple of weeks later when the same thing happened again). The air conditioning didn’t work properly for the first two weeks and had to be replaced. The fridge was either completely frozen or not cooling and leaking on the floor. The internet stopped working after two weeks. The washing machine which I thought was working actually was not washing my clothes and was very dirty. The condo is just concrete without any insulation so you can hear the people above when they walk. The apartment was very unhygienic and with all the problems caused health issues for me. The owner was responsive initially to everything being broken but when I got tired of waiting all day in the apartment for repair people and asked for a refund he asked me to give him cash and wait for a refund from booking.com and continued to harass me and tell me he was trying to do me a favour. This is by far the worst accommodation situation I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot. Don’t rent this place you’ll be disappointed and likely unwell.

nice room with a kitchen and everything you need to make all meals. we were given two large bottles of water for free and some washing detergent (there is a washing machine and clothes line which worked out well for us)

it is very far from anywhere unless you have a motorbike, and taxis are very expensive. The walk to the closest 711 along the main road took us close to 30 minutes. the bathroom had drain flies, we think they are harmless, but it wasn’t too fun having them fly at us when showering. “Only” the pool and gym were available for use when there. The sauna, hot tub, tennis, basketball and snooker table were out of use when we were there.

Very nice little apartment, very well equipped. Everything spic and span, and a very good checkin. The owner of the apartment is very easy to talk to and easy to get hold of. You can’tfault this place. It’s fairly easy to get a taxi anywhere you want to go on the island, although there isn’t a beach very close by. But if you’re prepared to walk for 15 min you can find plenty of places to have a swim. Beach bars close by with private access to the beach. There is a very good gym on the premises, and the water in the pool is kept very nice and clean very well maintained. There is a super good little restaurant called Nam Wa just outside the gates by a nursery. not to be missed.

There is nothing particularly bad about this place at all. It just depends on what you want from a holiday.
