This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Upon booking, you will receive an email from the property with instructions on how to pay for and retrieve the keys. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented on site upon prior request: - Bed linen: 5 euros per person - Towels: 5 EUR per person. The cleaning of the end of stay is at your expense. If you wish, we can take care of it (option paying 50 euros). For your peace of mind, please check that your insurance includes "resort insurance"
