As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current government-issued ID before arrival, for the check-in details to be sent, we only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. Parties or "Quiet Gatherings" are not allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. If this amount is exceeded it will have a cost of .20 USD per W. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the above point. Upon your arrival, we will ask for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
