We were met at the apartment by Maria and her son, who greeted us with very warmly. They helped us up to the apartment with ALL our luggage. Maria looked after our wives and children, showing the apartment whilst the son took the guys to 3 car valeting places with great patience to help us clear the car before returning it to the hire company. Great tips on restaurants travel safety and directions to facilities and even takeaways, so impressed.

Problem with aircon in one room, thanks to a previous guest, but hopefully resolved for next guests. But these things happen and otherwise everything you need is there.

One room air con not working

We got perfect impressions from our visit to Ostia because of Mariya and her apartment. Mariya is the best host I have ever met. She did everything to make our visit perfect. Grazie Mariya!!!

The apartment is large, there is a huge terrace. Maria is a wonderful host, very caring about the guests.

Our point of contact, Maria, was lovely. She met us at the location and got us situated in the apartment. She checked on us a few times and gave great recommendations on where to eat.

This was our first time that we felt the booking.com rating did not match the accommodation. Apparently, there had been a flooding situation a few weeks prior, so the flooring was warped and water logged. We were informed that it hadn't been fixed when we entered the apartment because they had bookings. In addition, the shower handle was broken, wifi tlnot adequate, the coffee capsules provided did not fit the machine, building is under refurbishment and the parking situation is terrible (street parking only)! We stayed here on our last night because it was close to the airport.
