La casa vacanza è stata perfetta per il mio soggiorno a Roma: pulita, ordinata e in una posizione davvero strategica, soprattutto per chi deve spostarsi per concorsi o impegni in città. Proprietario disponibile e check-in senza problemi. Unica piccola nota: sarebbe stato comodo trovare qualche fornitura base in cucina (sale, zucchero, olio, tovaglioli), ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata ottima. Consiglio sicuramente e vivamente!

It is an average apartment without any extras. Not great, but not bad either. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the supermarket is 5 minutes, the café and restaurant are 1 minute, the bus stop is 1 minute, and the train to Rome is 7 minutes away. It was 200 EUR cheaper than anything else.

The toilet is in terrible condition—it's like the seventh circle of Dante's Inferno. Please replace it. It's tilting, leaking, and the seat is broken. It feels like it could collapse at any moment. Additionally, there are missing essentials like salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, a coffee machine, and a beach umbrella (I bought one and left it there). There’s also not enough soap and other small daily items are missing.

Value to the price

Cold inside, cold floor, broken toilet bowl, dirty kitchen, dark.

The owner of this apartment allowed us to get into apartment earlier (12 pm) than it was supposed to be ( 3 pm)

It seems that someone smoked a lot in this apartment , only this one was awful .

The kitchen was equipped.

There was the application on line key to entrance But it wasn't very practical.
