A. & C. Michailidi (Haris Mihailidis)

Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff. It's quiet, green and with your own private beach. The water is warm but also fresh. Just lovely!

The location - perfect, close to Neos Marmara but far from the crowd. The inner courtyard - large, well-kept, beautiful. The beach - private, small, quiet, equipped with deckchairs + umbrellas. The staff - very kind. Room - very clean. Balcony - perfect. Parking - in the yard, covered.

Neos Marmaras cannot be reached on foot. There are private properties along the way that are closed and there is no sidewalk on the road and it seemed dangerous to us, especially if you want to return from the resort in the evening. Fortunately, there is a (free) parking lot right at the edge of the resort, from which you can reach the center in 10 minutes. The room seemed a bit small to us, but if you are organized it is ok. The bathroom is poorly soundproofed - when someone used the water in the bathroom, I had the impression that it was flowing into the room.

The best thing is the great location of the A. & C. Michailidi - the wonderful garden and very nice private beach. You can enjoy being surrounded by pine trees and palm trees and have a swim in nice, clear water, or just walk through the water on the soft sandy bottom. The position of the property is excellent, close to Neos Marmaras, but still isolated and without noise (even though it is under the main road). There is a beach bar (with special prices for the guests of A. & C. Michailidi), but the guests of the object can also consume their own drinks and food, using tables reserved for that purpose. The new thing is the possibility of having breakfast, but we did not use it. Namely, it was a little bit complicated (choosing five things from the list), but we are also used to preparing breakfast ourselves at AC Mihailidis, it is a special ritual for us. The apartment is clean, towels and linens are being changed every two days.

Be prepared for small rooms, especially bathrooms. Honestly, we have never been is such small studios/apartments, But, the surroundings and beach are much more important for us. For that reason, we are coming back to A. & C. Michailidi (it was our third time). Compared to the previous years, the private beach for guests of A. & C. Michailidi is smaller, because they have reserved one part of the beach for outside guests of the beach bar. That could be a problem - to have not enough space for the number of studios/apartments and also, not having separate parts of the beach for the people with and without children (as there used to be).

The place with its beautiful garden and beach, really peacefull.

Everything was exceptional. The room was cozy and clean. Great view! The hosts were very friendly! Highly recommend the beach!

The garden, the beach and water of the sea are amazing! Perfect for families with children. The sea is very clean with no waves, and sand. You go far away in the sea before it gets deep. A lot of silence on the beach, and not crowdy because it is private, only for the people staying at the property. The parking is also private and has roof covers for each car. The bar in the garden has many options and the homemade pizza was amazing. The host is nice and ready to help you with anything you need.

The bathroom in the room was small, and the apartment a bit too crowdy. The cleaning could be a lot better and there was no insect net at the door. That was a problem because we really had troubles with mosquitos in the room. The holiday was beautiful and we had a very relaxing time there, but it can be room for improvements!

This is the second time we visit the place and will definitely come back again. Quiet place, unobtrusive owners, nice and calm, perfect for a good rest. The greatest advantage for us was the beach in the yard. We also liked the big terrace, perfect for long breakfast or drink in the evening.

We had to use the car to go to the near restaurants. Not really a problem for us, but if the munisipality spare some money for a side walk, it would make it perfect to walk to Neos Marmaras, the distance is quite short.
