Sea to See

Top location, right in the center if the city. Clean and well prepared. The host was super nice, we have the possibility to check in earlier.

It was very noisy because of the street and also the bars, which are near. You have to sleep for sure on a closed window, otherwise it is not possible. The ground floor rooms are almost on the main street. No place for parking and because of that it was quite hard to find where to leave your car. The coffee machine was not working and also we didn’t have an iron in the room, we had to ask especially for it, no matter that it was written in the description.

The place is new, very clean and at the center of Nea Peramos. Everything is withing walking distance. There is a decent beach right across the road, although you need to take your own sunbeds or sit at one of the cafe/restaurants.

The host was very friendly and the location was good.

Very difficult to find parking around the hotel in the evening hours. The staff change regularly the towels , but they did not clean the floor not even ones and at the end of the stay was very unpleasant (we were with kids). The air conditioning was poor, half of the room cooler and the other hot.

Perfect location, first line - just 30 meters from the sea shore. Children's playground right in front of the terrace (comfortable only for the families with little kids off course😜). Amazing Bakery next to the hotel with lots of delicious things and coffee. The street in front is closed from 20:00 to 00:00 for driving and becomes a pedestrian zone - very nice and thoughtful!

The room was impeccably clean, featuring a great view and a lovely terrace. The host was incredibly polite and helpful, even moving his car so we could park ours in front of the property. There are multiple options to keep the heat at bay, including air conditioning, motorized blinds that also reduce street noise, and an awning on the terrace.

The mattress could be a bit more comfortable. In the evening, you can hear music from nearby bars, but closing the window and lowering the blinds makes it manageable.
