Facilities is aged and run down. The aircon compressor is multifunctional thus the landlord need to change us a room.

Booking.com should make sure the property rented out for visitors are as same as possible to the photos showed & not old & worn out …toilet strong smell…..ants everywhere and even on our food the next morning…….end & final room….booking.com should not suggest us to upgrade our room in the first place….we used to stay at level 22 which we were return customers & this time level 16 and the final room in the row done more ….super bad & I know the super natural things is out of your control but u all should lend a hand to us whenever we called for help & not to just let us there & unable to contact booking.com….we only stayed for one night (out of 5D4N booked) & luckily we manage to check in 3 rooms in SL hotel which is far from our SRH for function. If possible, pls do us a refund as booking.com shd make sure the landlord have the proper & decent staying place before u advertised to let it out to travelers…really gave us a difficult situation by moving all our things from our function place to a farther hotel eventhough within walking distance, but with elders super inconvenience …please look into this case seriously …. We incurred additional costs by moving to the nearest SL Hotel in this incident…

Love that the house is so clean and comfortable. All the necessities provided. Near to the mall and water theme park.
