Friendly but professional security staff. Great and quiet location, close to food places and transport. Great car park available. Our queries were promptly addressed by the host. The kitchen was well equipped.

We were a group of 3 adults with an understanding that a sofa bed would be provided. However only a couch with a sheet and very thin blanket was provided in the lounge. My conclusion was that the apartment was never meant for 3 adults as the only bathroom/toilet was in the bedroom and only one set of keys so our movement was restricted as we move around as a group.

Ironing board provided was broken, bathroom had a strange smell.

Unit was clean. Adequate facilities. Host support and communication were excellent.

Bathrooms need a refurbish especially the master bedroom bathroom. Walls were unfinished and had mold. Kitchen utensils are minimal. Unit only had one access card and key which was very inconvenient as the access card was required for the lifts and door access. TV was very difficult to manage - we gave up in the end as the quality of the movies were not good.
