Art House Petunia

The property is ideally located in a very city centre near Conservatoire and Rustaveli avenue. It’s is spacious, decorated with style and fully furnished. You can park Your car in a protected courtyard under surveillance. Two good restaurants are right after the exit from the courtyard: just in front and on the right. All smart tips given by the landlord are precious, we used a lot. We enjoyed our small talks with Tara, that is a beautiful, intelligent, interesting and caring. Our stay was fantastic!

Ok, don't know where to start here! First of all, the owner is the nicest person you can probably meet in Georgia :)) She is so friendly, and she made sure everything was explained thoroughly, both regarding the house facilities, as well as to what one traveler might need to know around the hood, and beyond. The refurbished 19th century house, is anything anyone could ever want, and is you don't like it, you have serious issues :)). Some of the best food we've had, was in the restaurant located within the same yard, literally, steps away from the house. Thank you, Petunia House, and we would for sure stay there again, if back in Tbilisi.

Art House Petunia and its owner Ms Tata needs no extra praise. She was the most gentle and polite person we met in our whole 6 day trip to Georgia. She patiently waited for us as we showed up late for the check-in. Upon receiving us, she took time and interest to brief us about her property and how everything is arranged within her house. The apartment is very well maintained and she has decorated it well with her collectibles. it had everything one needed to settle down for couple of days - utensils, spices, washing machine, heater, sandals, towels, tissues etc..Its just facing the Rustavelli Avenue street and everything you need is nearby. the house also has a parking lot etc...i would definitely recommend this place.

it would be nice if the bathroom had its door lock working.

The host Tata is an amazing person. Patiently answered all of our questions, explained everything at the house and pointed nearby places. Big thanks The location of the house is perfect, it's located near the Rustaveli subway station and it's city center. Moreover, it is in 100 meters of the bus station where you can go directly from the airport. No need to ride a taxi, cuz bus costs 1gel per person and they accept MC and Visa. Just outside of the yard there's a branch of Pasanauri restaurant price/quality is perfect. But be careful, do not order any sauce with khinkali there (actually nowhere) it may offend local people. The house itself is well furnitured, there are everything you need to prepare meal. There are a fridge, a pan, forks, knives, spoons, cups, plates even a corkscrew. Heaters in every room, so you visit it even in winter

We enjoyed the time in fabulous Georgia and in our cosy apartment, which has traditional and tasteful furniture. Pictures of rooms matches the reality, thus we are happy with everything. The area around is central, but apartment is been quite, we slept very well in the beds in different rooms. Our kind host gave perfect support to all our questions. We were feeling save and loved. We made our own breakfast in the apartment, but it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at several places close to the apartment.

Perfect location and very nice host lady! Situated directly by Metro and near Old City but still very quiet. It Was so easy to go sightseeing from there. And the arrangement of the apartment is just Amazing. I highly recommend this beautiful place.
