El Gin

Although the location is not set properly on Booking (as other people mentioned as well), it is well located and around 3-4 minutes from the beach by walk. Very pleasant stay, it is clean I spacious - we enjoyed the breakfast on the porch as well. It is a bit noisy in the evening, but we didn't mind, these were sounds of neighbours - not disco music. As other mentioned, there were ants but only after you leave a bit of food on the kitchen table - the same would happen in your home - so it wasn't the problem. And not to forget, the bed is super comfortable, we slept very well. We are a couple, and enjoyed our stay so much! It has our highest recommendations.

Location is different to that shown on Booking.com map. It looks as though it is very close to the seafront but in reality it is a lot further back. Property seems to be amongst permanent residents and there are a number of noisy dogs in the near neighbourhood. |It is also opposite football/play park which can get a bit noisy.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The little veranda outside was lovely in the evenings. The property is easy to find and only a 5 min walk from playa dorada.

Very little appliances. There is only one huge moka for the coffee, which is perfectly fine if you drink a lot of it, but otherwise it is a big waste of coffee. No real shower gel or amenities in the bathroom. Only two small pillows on the bed. It was ok for us as we only stayed for 3 nights. These are little things of course, but if you plan to stay for longer period I think you will end up noticing them a lot.

location wasn’t the best, very much a locals area and barking dogs were a problem most nights. such a shame as would have returned otherwise!
