Sweet Home 6 VIP at Rustaveli Avenue

للأسف التجربة لم تكن جيدة. حجزت شقة محددة لكن بسبب التعب لم ألاحظ أنه تم تسليمي شقة مختلفة تمامًا عن الحجز الأصلي. المضيفة كانت مستعجلة وأنهت الأمور بسرعة، وبعد الدفع اكتشفت لاحقًا أن الشقة ليست نفس التي تم حجزها. الأسرة غير مريحة ولا يوجد بطانيات، فقط شراشف، والمكيف يعمل لكن أغلب الشطافات لا تعمل إلا في حمام واحد فقط. عند استلام الشقة كانت العاملة لا تزال تنظف حتى الساعة 5 مساء رغم أن سياسة الدخول الساعة 12 ظهرًا، وهذا غير مقبول. طلبت تمديد وقت الخروج لكن المضيفة رفضت ثم منحتني ساعة إضافية بعد أن كنت قد جهزت نفسي للمغادرة أصلًا. تجربة محبطة جدًا ولن أكررها Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I booked a specific apartment but, due to exhaustion, I didn’t notice that I was given a completely different one. The host was in a hurry, processed everything quickly, and after payment I realized that the apartment was not the same as what I had reserved. The beds were uncomfortable, there were no blankets (only sheets), and although the AC worked, most of the bidets in the bathrooms were broken except for one. When I checked in, the cleaner was still working and didn’t finish until 5 PM, even though check-in policy states 12 noon. I requested a late check-out, but the host refused and only gave me an extra hour after I had already packed to leave. A very frustrating stay and I will not return.

Horrible experience. They didn't answered the phone we didn't had any prior information to find anything else. When they finally answered the sended pictures that they had problems. At 8 o clock in the night while raining. We were lucky enough to find something else.

The apartment was overall good and pleasant.

I am asking for the invoice from the host for already more thn 2 weeks. without anu response.The Wifi was not working as well on the last day.

Nothing special we liked there..

They confirmed a 3 bedroom apartment and when we were almost there, they gave another 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was not ready to be rented out as there were lots of wet blankets and towels kept for drying in the apartment. They haven't provided shower gel, shampoo etc. Not enough dry blankets for the number of people we booked. Water heater at toilets weren't working properly and we had to take shower in freezing water.
