Very disappointing experience with the apartment owner. Before arrival, we called twice because we had not received any check-in instructions. The owner never asked for our booking number, guest name, or any details to verify the reservation. We arrived shortly after the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. At 3:10 PM, we received a Booking.com message stating that the room was ready, but no access details, apartment number, or check-in instructions were provided. We were left waiting and had to make several calls to obtain the necessary information. During the calls, the owner spoke in an angry and confrontational manner. Despite trying to remain calm, I found his attitude rude and unprofessional. The confusion could have been easily avoided with proper communication and basic guest verification. In addition, the photos shown in the listing did not accurately represent the apartment we received and created expectations that were not met. The issue is not with Glory Beach Resort itself, but with the management of this private apartment. Due to the poor communication, delayed check-in process, and unprofessional behaviour of the owner, I would not book this apartment again.

The place was so dirty and the things are old. There was bed bugs. Actually this kind of place should not be suggested in this respective platform. This place can cause.people to fall sick. It was very bad experience. l

The stay was not comfortable. Kitchen not fully equip. Old and bad bed and pillow. No electricity for 1 1/2 hour due to elcb issue on the unit.
