Cancel last minute my booking while we already arrived at 9.30pm for inappropriate reason 'cleaner unserviceable' while I already pm the owner by WhatsApp to confirm my booking a day before but no preparation for next customer to check in. If there's technical problem/ double booking by other customer please tell earlier. For owner, please don't do this again. You make customer have to search for other homestay last minute at late night. Please take action this problem for future and please be aware of next customer booking. Ur welcome
