The location. Convenient for me to get the needs including the food and groceries.

There are three small things that make a big impact: pillows, blankets and bath towels. The pillow is uncomfortable because it's too thin & flat. The blanket is a bit smelly and it'll be much better to provide a bit thicker bath towel.
