Отличное местоположение! Очень чисто! Атмосферный итальянский двор. Есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания. Уютно!

Нет кондиционера, но был мощный вентилятор

Отличные апартаменты, локация нереально крутая все в пешей доступности, прям над нами была мать Грузия, рядом кафешки и магазины, площадь свободы. Комнаты чистая и уютная, хорошо, что есть кухня и холодильник, мы сами готовили завтрак Хозяйка чудесная🫶🏼 Дворик аутентичный, туристы туда фотографироваться ходят

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, and toiletries. The location is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and offering great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located apartment. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Well equiped apartment in sputerrain.

Due to the location of the room there is quite cold and wet.

Cozy comfortable apartment at the heart of the old city. The interior is greatly decorated and in real life looks exactly like in photos. Its a great value for the price. Close to the botanic garden one can get there in a short 10 min walk. The hostess is polite and very helpful.

The place is really nice and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the host is super friendly. She brought us some fruits and was really helpful.

There is a smell in the bathroom, cause the apartment is located in the basement. The mattress is really hard. Like REALLY. But maybe someone likes to sleep on a hard mattress, so depends)
