Very comfortable and good-equipped appartment. Comfortable location, close to metro station

One of the best accommodations in Tbilisi! Very welcoming and helpful hosts, Jaba and Nino. Convenient location (not right in the center/touristic area but in walkable distance, with metro station nearby and buses to all city's directions; surrounded by the best Tb's markets, grocery shops including 24/7). I also would mention the best Tbilisi's private courtyard:) in which this apartment is located, maybe the only one locked from outside, clean, cosy, green and quiet, with friendly neighbours always ready to help or just have a free nice talk:) The apartment is spacious, clean, cosy, with good furniture and really everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Smart TV, wi-fi, gas heater for colder months, exceptionally comfortable bed (for those with back pain/problem:)), clean linen, hair dryer, iron, socket adapters, washing machine, folding cloth drying rack, separated kitchenette with fridge, gas/electric stove with oven, microwave, tea kettle, cooking pots and utensils, all kind of dishes; private bathroom with shower and properly working water heater!:) I'd be happy to stay here on my next visit to Tbilisi...

Very nice staff. Appartments had everything you need even a hair straightener. But there is little light in the room, as the windows overlook the entrance of the neighboring house. Close to metro, easy to get to the center.

The apartment has a very nice backyard The bed is comfy. The hosts are very nice. Although the neighborhood is quite busy area (daytime market), the place is very quiet.
