Sweet Home Apartment

The apartment was spacious with warmness as room heater was in all the rooms.

Main bed was not satisfying as was broken a little bit uncomfortable. Also found few cocroaches in the dinning area.

Mattress very old uncomfortable for sleeping, linen and comforters very old

Overall it was good specially location is amazing and host is nice guy .

Location and free parking

It is a self check in apartment which gave us flexibility to our arrival time. Kitchen has some cooking facilities (stove and kettle) and a large fridge. Good location for Tbilisi, quiet and not too far from the centre. Free parking available.

The curtains in the front room was very thin and kept virtually no light out. We were woken up early in the morning by the sunshine.

The apartment is at walking distance from Tbilisi center in a quiet neighborhood. You basically have everything you need for a couple of days, and there is good heating present.

The hygiene could have been better, especially in the kitchen. We had a communication issue about the payment, and due to this had to arrange this via an expensive bank transfer after our stay. Because you don't see the owner it would be better to pay in advance via the booking platform.
