Francesco was an amazing host, who was always available to help. The location is very close to the train station, city center and the beach. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, spacious and with good AC.

The apparent is very spacious. It was the perfect size for us 7. I loved that you could hang out either in your room, the kitchen or in the living room. We stayed here for 2 weeks in July/August. The AC was a lifesaver during the summer heat. The location is perfect, as in a few minutes you are in the city center, at the beach or close to the Pam Supermarket/Foccacheria/Pizzeria etc. The train station and bus-stops are also close by. (5min walk) I would definitely recommend this apartment and come back myself. Francesco was an excellent host. Very accommodating, helpful and kind.

These are 3 minor points which can be fixed and we mentioned them to Francesco. But it definitely wouldn’t stop us from coming back here :) • The electricity went out a quite few times, but Francesco showed us how to turn the switch back on. • The wifi is rather strongest in the living room compared to the kitchen and rooms on the other end of the apartment. • The AC in the 2 rooms with the 2 single beds is stronger than in the rooms with a kingsize beds.
