Is a room

Cold, heater and boiler occasionally malfunction and host just 'teaches' you it works and you are not able to make it work. If it suddenly stops, perhaps is something else. Advertised drying rack was disgustingly dirty and soiled my shoes.

The house is in a really nice old neighbourhood of Tbilisi. I found the owner David and his mother to be really nice and helpful. I was able to use the washing machine in their house for free etc. The property is small and cosy and it shares a garden area with the owner. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes walk to the centre of Tbilisi. I had issues with checking in due to no sim card and arriving late from Armenia and the taxi driver dropping me in the wrong location. David waited up for me and I found him to be very helpful

It was very clean, and the owner is here to help you

The bed was not so comfortable, bathroom is not really a proper bathroom and you can hear the owners talking at midnight in the garden, or the dog barking outside..
