T’ Giorgio Apartment

The apartment was cozy and clean, perfect for our family with three children. Giorgio was very helpful, and the hospitality from his side was exellent 🙏. Location in a very quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the city centre, and very convenient free parking in the neighbourhood. Highly recomended!

Great property, bigger than normal apartments in the city centre and it was comfortable.

Pet friendly apartment, with comfortable beds on a good location, walking distance to city center. Owner left air condition on, so we came to a nice cool flat. He also prepared some snacks and drinks for us. He didn't forget our dog, which got some dental sticks.

At the first, George is a very, very kind host. He was the first to contact us and gave us all the important information in great detail. For the greetings he left for us some snacks, a bottle of wine and water. That's very nice. Secondly, we found a parking space 50 meters from the apartment. There is no charge for parking in the street. The apartment is located at a distance of 700 meters from the center of Thessaloniki. Apartmtnet is enough big for a family with two children. It has all the necessary equipment for a stay of several days. It has a pleasant interior and It's clean. The internet is great. There are several good restaurants near the apartment, good traditional Greek restaurants.

The apartment is spacious and very nicely sectioned. There is a lot of light and a very nice terrace with a view to a public park. While then area is not very picturesque, it's a nice place to enjoy the sun. There are sooo many great things within a 1-2 min walk with the highlight being the tavern just across the street from the entrance. City center is very close by and there is paid parking no more than 5 min away. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive and ensured we had a trouble free stay, all information was provided in time and everything worked out perfectly.

It's an old apartment, but many of the things have been very well maintained and new touches make it feel modern. That said the bathroom could use a bit of refreshing and the living room couch while large also needs an update.

Apartment is located on the outside circle of the city center, meaning you need 10min walk to get to the see or center. We came by car, and there were free parking space on the street which was perfect. Apartment is quite big, with living room, two separate rooms with double beds, kitchen and a terrace all around it. Quiet neighborhood, not much traffic. Yet, there are small caffes around, backery, great supermarket and even an exellent fine dining restaurant. We have a dog, and owner is very pet friendly, left bowls for Pera and did not chagge extra for him! We will come back for sure!

Neighborhood is quite dirty, with a piles of trash and the parts of hausholds left on a street. It is only a critics for a city of Thessaloniki, city cervices sholud pay more attention to keep the city cleaner since it is not a plesant experience to go out and bump on a tower of trash in the street. Both for turists and for citizens, I guess.
