Το καταλυμα ειναι κοντα στο μετρό Ευκλειδης. Εχει κοντα του σουπερμαρκετ και καφετέριες. Ειναι πολυ καλή περιοχη για βόλτα. Εχει καθαρες πετσετες και σεντόνια.

Για τις κρυες μερες του χειμώνα το καταλυμα ειναι αρκετά κρύο, αφου η θέρμανση ειναι μονο ενα A/C. Το μπανιο δεν εχει θέρμανση και δυστυχώς δεν εχει παραθυρο.
