Location Access to the rooms

Big room, but the bathroom is too small without a proper shower. The bed was uncomfortable with bed bugs. the next day red marks appeared on my face and body. there was not even a small bottle of water in the fridge. when we used the hair dryer, it gave off a flash.

Very nice room with a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and big smart tv.

The A/C didn't work and we had a very terrible night, we couldn't sleep and they couldn't fix this. Someone was supposed to arrive in the morning but that didn't happen. They just wrote to me to make sure I leave the room on time.
