Waterfront Luxury Sea View Apartment

The location is excellent, near the harbour and near many good restaurants. Since it is on the 5th floor there is a beautiful view of the sea. One of our best experiences ever. It is reasonably quiet, especially in the bed room. Air conditioning worked well. Giannis was very accomodating and provided good advice, where to go.

The apartment is spacious, clean, with all the facilities and with fine artistic details. It is in the city centre with a beautiful view over the old harbour. The host, Giannis, was very responsive to all our messages before we came to Thessaloniki, waited for us when we arrived, showed us the flat and send us recommendations what to see and where to eat. On the second night there was an unbelievable thunderstorm, and as the result, the electricity in all building broke down. Giaannis offered to move to his hotel near the city. We decided to stay in the flat and, although this was not his fault, Giannis returned the money for the last day of our stay. And he mentioned wise Greek saying: If the problem could be solved with money, it is not real problem. To cut a long story short: great flat and a great host.

The area is full of restaurants, so at night might be a little noisy. We did not mind that (we enjoyed it), but it might bother somebody.

Owner of the house, Giannis is an extreme personality. He has waited for us in front of apartment at arrival, helped us with luggages, gave lots of useful information about food and visiting places. We were visiting Halki Diki afterwards, he kept in touch with us and gave again lots of usefull information about Halki Diki. He even helped me to arrange a suprise birthday cake for my wife at a restaurant we had dinner. I cant believe still this kind of people exist :) Apartment is also in excellent location with walking distance to great restaurants, main street, center and parking. It has a beautiful sea view and it was one of our best stay choices. We felt definetly home and thank you very much for everything...

Everything was exceptional. Amazing host available 24 hours, he helped us with the transport for luggage from apartment to the car, sent us all the details about the city and some interesting stuff to visit. Location is perfect, down town. Parking just 100 meters away. Highly recommend the apartment. Giannis thank you very much again for everything.

The view is excellent, as well as the proximity of a large number of taverns. There is a parking lot nearby, which costs 15 euros per day.

A common problem in Greece with toilet paper and lack of sewage. That, of course, has nothing to do with this accommodation, but it should be emphasized, because it is the 21st century.

Excellent position, spectacular views. A flat full of light, cozy and relaxing. Although on the heart of Salonicco down town, facing the amazing waterfront, you can sleep without any noise. The building has something of the charm of decadence, but it's safe and functional and clean. We had an amazing time there. Definitely, we will visit again. The host is excellent and ready to help and provide any information.
