"Effective for business travelers"

Location was perfect for me - a 10-minute walk from my conference site at the concert hall, with off-the-beaten-track restaurants and coffee shops, as well as residential-area shops for groceries, etc. For visitors interested in the main tourist attractions, many of those are 5km to the north. The washing machine and coffee maker were unexpected perks.

A microwave oven would have been nice. Some setup to charge devices while I am out of the suite would have been nice - the power shuts off when the keycard is out of its pocket.
