Lokalizacja jest zdecydowanym plusem, ale trzeba liczyć się z brakiem parkingu. Popołudniami okoliczne uliczki pełne są zaparkowanych samochodów i bardzo ciężko znaleźć miejsce postojowe. Na szczęście parkowanie jest darmowe. Z mieszkania spacer na promenadę trwa kilka, maksymalnie kilkanaście minut. Większość zabytków jest w bliskiej odległości, idealnej do sparów

Stan mieszkania! Na ścianach pleśń, odchodząc farba, okropny zapach stęchlizny. Mieszkanie było w miarę czyste, choć znalazł się tam kogoś włosy. Osobiście nie odważyłem się uruchomić klimatyzacji ani myć swoich naczyń tą starą gąbką. Mieszkanie potrzebuje remontu. W chwili obecnej przypomina garaż, a nie pokój. Łóżko wygniecione od zewnątrz tak, że nie da się tam spać. No i ta okropna, pewnie niezbyt czysta narzuta... Zdecydowanie nie może to kogoś inspirować.

Communication with the host was great. The place is everything you need for a short stay in Thessaloniki and we could tell that the hosts really try to take care of it. It is equipped with everything you might find useful during your stay. You can use ear plugs in order to sleep better as the street is literally behind your door.

The toilet was leaking. We could exist with that but it would be much comfortable if it was taken care of prior to accepting further reservations.

So clean and convenient. 🤗

Just that I can hear noises from outside. Cars, motorcycles etc. But all in all good value for money.

Was dirty with the garbages not being taken out including the toilet garbage. There were dirty dishes in the sink and it didn’t seem like the towels or bed were cleaned after the last people checked out.

The location of the apartment was in a great spot in the city of Thessaloniki, with a 24-hour mini market, a pharmacy and many stores nearby. Furthermore, the metro (Agias Sofias) was only an 8-minute walk from the apartment and there were many bus stops very very close as well. About the apartment, it had very comfortable beds, it was the perfect size for me and my partner,the air-conditioning was working well and the Wi-Fi speeds were extremely fast. It is also worth mentioning that the pressure of the water was absolutely incredible as well.

There are few things that weren't to my liking. The main one was that the apartment was on the ground floor which really isn't a negative of the apartment, however it really should be mentioned on the main page of the listing. Also, the owner, in spite of being very helpful on the phone, didn't contact us in person and was very distant, causing some confusion in the check in process.

- The location was very central. - Supermarkets were close. Two-minute walk from the room. - The communication with the host was direct and immediate. Her instructions on how to get the key for the check-in/out and on how to use the water heater were clear.

- The room was not like the photos, meaning that there were obvious damages from the multiple use of the room. - The room was cold, having only one air conditioning unit as a heating source. Told the manager about it after the first night, and the answer was that, if had been told, she would have brought an extra heater. Never bothered to actually bring it for the second night, though. I do not understand why it was not already in the room, since December is generally a cold month in Thessaloniki. I was also told by her in the text messages we exchanged that people don't usually complain about that. - The duvet was kinda small too for a double bed, resulting in us uncovering each other in our sleep and me waking up and wearing a sweater I had with me in order to be warm and sleep. The main door of the room is poorly draft-proofed, adding to the cold atmosphere in the room. - The moment I got to the room, I needed to check if the iron, provided by the host in the facilities stated on Booking, was available. And it was. So was the hair dryer. However, when I opened the closet, I saw a dirty towel on the extra pillow, which did not have a pillowcase. I do not know what that dirt was, but its color was dark red (I can provide photos). - The host had toiletries listed as a facility provided in the Booking listing. However, the only thing provided was a poor hair/body liquid soap and 3 rolls of paper. I do not demand baby wipes because I happen to use baby wipes for example, but coming for 3 days during the Christmas season, I believe it makes sense for me to find a decent shampoo and shower gel. I was forced to go to the supermarket and buy them myself, two products I could not take home with me since I was flying back home. - Last but definitely not least, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty toilet water.
