Temiz, rahat ve büyüklüğü yeterli bir oda. Mutfak malzemeleri çok sınırlı, içerde yeme-içme planlıyorsanız biraz zorlanabilirsiniz ama imkansız da değil. Konumu caddeye 5 dakika ve oldukça işlek bir sokakta. Gürültü sorunu da yok. Fiyat performans olarak çok başarılı.
