I arrived even before the previous guest checked out, but there were big lockers available. It was a bit uncomfortable that it didn’t have a shared toilet I could use after a long ride already, but I didn’t ask either. The self check-in went very smoothly and my room was ready. The windows could open and the AC worked when the windows are closed (I found out very late…). The bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful. Shower gel is provided. The breakfast comes as a box with bread, honey, jelly, chocolate spread, tomatoes & olives, yoghurt, some fruit, coffee, tea, water, and is enough to start your day. It’s an easy 20-min walk to the Aristoteles Square and the subway is right around the corner. It’s quiet in the night.

You could hear your neighbours coughing for example, furthermore no negativity aspects.

Местоположението много ми хареса. На пешеходно разстояние от всички исторически забележителности.

Не ми хареса размера на стаята. Беше прекалено тясно да се разминат двама човека.

Convenient central location, parking due to availability. Although there was no wifi at the property, TV/Netflix worked. We have stayed for 7 nights and there was maintenance throughout the stay (not every day) which we appreciated, towels replacement etc. Building is also relatively newly refurbished and looks nice including communal areas. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

There was no working wifi at the property (you log in but it is not operable), I wrote to the host but was no response. There are no bedside tables which wasn't practical for multiple reasons. We booked 20m2 room but it is rather 16m2. There was only 1 hanger so you can not unpack properly and only 2 shelves, maybe better for shorter stays
